     Every product sold by Gerry's Idea Line is covered by a money-back guarantee.
     If a product is found to be defective or shipped to you in error return it within
     30 days, with the receipt or invoice and we'll either replace it or refund your money.

Return Policy

                             
     To apply for a refund within 30 Days of your purchase, E-Mail your reason for
     return to (return@GerrysIdeaLine.com).  You will be issued an RMA number, as
     well as an address to ship to.  You will bear the cost of return and will be charged
     a $5 restocking fee.  Make sure that the RMA number and proof of purchase
     accompany the return.  No refund will be made without these.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted

 
     We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and as well have an
      electronic check online.  To use the electronic check you supply the information
     from your personal check and a bank draft is made up.  No need to wait for the  
     check to get there in the mail and it can be cleared the same day you fill out the
     information on the order form.

Shipping Options

     We ship USPS Priority Mail for free.  Most orders should reach you in 7-10 days.
     We can ship Fedex also, but the cost will be added to the order.  If a product is
     not in stock we will let you know when it will be shipped.
                              

Privacy

Gerry's Idea Line will never sell, or divulge your name or personal information to anyone.
     The data gathered for your purchase is just that.  It is used to make the sale and
     is maintained only in accordance with the regulations put out by VISA,
     MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER CARD. We do not
     keep a database.  Invoices again are only maintained by the regulations imposed
     by the US Government.

 

Security

Is it safe to order online?  Is it safe to use my credit card or check over the Internet?
     Experts agree that it is safer to use your credit card online (Internet) than it is to
     use it in a restaurant or store.  And with any credit card transaction, your liability,
     should your card be used without your permission is usually limited to $50. This
     may vary depending on your individual credit provider (see your credit agreement
     with your credit card company for more info).  Never the less, we take great care
     to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.  We are extremely
     concerned about security and privacy.  Millions of secure credit card transactions
     are done on the Internet everyday.

 

     We use a Java Shopping Cart.  It uses one time military pad encryption.  When
     placing an order you will notice that you cannot right click anything in your
     window and save it.  Click on the CART to see what is sent online to us.  It is
     there that we save the order to our machine and then can decrypt it.

 

How Do I Order Online?

     Click on the order Button.  From there you will be carried to the Java Shopping
     Cart.  Be patient, Java doesn't load as quickly.  A popup widow sits on top of the
     Shopping Cart.  It says please make a selection at the top of the shopping cart
     applet.  Click OK.  At the top of the window you will see (3) Categories, Corner-
     Mates, Vac Extension Hose, EZ-VISION.  Put your cursor on anyone of them and  
     click.  A drop down category shows and you can slide your cursor down and click
     and click on that.  From there you will be taken to the selections in the category.
     You will see a list of products listed.  As it says in the green bar above them to
     double click the item to see more and order.  Double click the item.  The popup
     window will you a description and picture of the item.  You can at this point put
     the item in your cart as well as change the amount of the item you want to order, or
     close the item and return to different selections. If you do put the item into the cart
     a popup window will tell you that the item has been placed into your shopping cart.
     Click OK.  You can continue shopping in that category or choose another and shop
     there also.  When you are ready you may click on the BUTTON (Shopping Cart).
     It is here you will see your order and have the opportunity to change items or delete
     them as well.  You may also see what tax is applicable.  You can type in your State
     by it's two letter abbreviation.  Then click on recalculate the total.  Unless you live
     in California you will not be assessed a sales tax.  Next click on the BUTTON
     (Checkout).  This will take you to the customer information screen.  It is here that
     you will enter your Email Address, Name, Street Address, City, State, Postal Code
     or Zip, Country, Phone Number, Fax Number.  Please enter your name and address
     as it appears on your charge card or check you will use.  Click on next to be taken
     to the shipping screen.  Fill it out if different from the first screen, otherwise click
     on next.  Now you will be at the payment options screen.  Here you will choose
     Visa Card, Master Card, or Check.  Click in the box below your credit card choice.
     Fill in the Credit Card number and choose the expiration month and year.  Or if
     choose Check, fill in the information as shown on the sample below.  Finally you
     may click on the BUTTON (Review) to make sure all the info is correct.  When
     you are sure close that popup window and click the BUTTON (Finish).
